My father is not being allowed to enter the UAE inspite of no case being present, as checked at CID and all immigration offices.

Thank you. We tried that, and his visit visa got issued and he tried to enter from Abu Dhabi airport but the immigration officers did not release him as the reason given was that the hold was from Dubai.
