Good morning, I hope you are well. My fiancé entered Dubai on her Italian passport and got 90 days on arrival. After that expired she has renewed 2 after that. She is now planning to go back to South African in September. On her return to Dubai should be be able reenter with her Italian passport and get another 90 days or is there a cooling off period

I do understand your answer. My fiancé got her last year 27 September2021. She got her first 90 day on arrival. Since then she has renewed. Planning to go to South Africa now at the end of September this year 2022. Can she enter when she returns and get another 90 days

I would like to tell you that your fiancée can leave and go to South Africa as long as her residency is valid inside the UAE and as long as she left legally and she can return with another visa for ninety days as long as she did not violate the residence in Dubai before leaving
