Management of menstural irregularities 
Menstural irrgeularities is a condition of irregular menses dates that in most cases result from failure of ovulation in case of ovarian cysts and its treated using induction of ovulation using Clomiphene 50 mg tab twice daily begining from the 3rd day of menses till the day 14 and in cases of not wishing to conceive the doctor can use combined contraceptive pills. surgical drilling of ovarian cysts is the last option to be used. Investigations 
After proper physical exam, cbc should be done to look for anemia, hormonal profile should be done TSH, T4 , FSH, LH Progestron ,Estrogen, DHEAS and a ultrasonography to look for ovarian cystic disease and uterine abnormailities
