I am a muslim girl who is not Indian and I got married to an Indian citizen as we completed the nikah nama in India, then I left India because my tourist visa expired before completing the registration procedures. Currently,my husband is following the procedures. Is there a way for him to register the marriage without my presence? I don't want to come back again with a tourist visa, we want to register the marriage and invite me with a visa as a wife. What are the best solutions for us?
