We would like to inform you that if you wish to file a civil lawsuit against a company or person because of damage happened to you, it is necessary to specify the act that led to the occurrence of that damage, its cause and amount, and the causal relationship between the act of the company or the entity and the damage that has happened to you, and then file the claim and request compensation from the company because of the act or the mistake that the company made and explain the damage you suffered from. As it shall be proven that the damage caused to the victim was due to the act committed, and the burden of proving the existence of the elements of responsibility for the harmful act falls on the plaintiff. This is in accordance to Article 282 of the Federal Civil Transactions Law:
