How I get my passport to my employer?

If the employer refuses to return the worker’s passport, the worker can take the following measures:
1- Refer to the Ministry of Human Resources in order to open a complaint against the employer.
2- Visit the police station in order to open a complaint against the employer accusing him of illegally keeping your passport.
3- File a lawsuit before the summary court in order to obtain a ruling obligating the employer to return your passport.
