A have been working in a company for a year, I came on a visit visa which the promise to cancel and prepare my work permit. The company did not give me an offer letter either, to my greatest surprise the company terminate the contract which was agreed orally rather than written contract. Is there a way I can file a case against them even though I was not given an offer letter and work permit.
