We would like to inform you that the Kuwaiti driving license can be transferred to an Emirate one and it is required to review the General Administration of Traffic and the procedures and documents shall be as follows.
You may be eligible to transfer your existing driving license, without having to take a driving test. These are the driving licenses that can be transferred:
First: Driving licenses issued by the Gulf Cooperation Council Countries - The license holder must be a citizen of the same country
Second: Driving licenses issued by the following countries - The license holder must be a citizen of the same country and has a valid residence in Dubai
Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Norway, Austria, Denmark, Sweden, Germany, Spain, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Britain, Belgium, Poland, Turkey, Switzerland, France, Finland, Romania, New Zealand, the Netherlands, Portugal, South Africa, United States of America, Canada, Japan, South Korea, Australia.
