A complaint must be submitted to the Labor Office against the employer with the maliciousness of the notification submitted by the sponsor with a request for its cancellation, and obligating the employer to give you all your dues resulting from the termination of the work relationship in the event of termination of the contract.
Note that if the maliciousness of swallowing the worker is proven by the sponsoring employer, the institution will be punished by changing the worker’s status from “absentee from work” to “absentee from work and the worker is waiting to transfer the service.”
Whereas, in the event that the report is malicious, the Ministry of Labor will allow the worker to transfer his service to another employer “another sponsor” without the consent of the current employer, and it will also allow him to leave permanently when he is waiting to transfer the service.
Note that the employer’s punishment in the event of the maliciousness of the report will be to suspend the service of the institution for a period of one year, except for the renewal of licenses.

The labor office will hear the employer, then they will decide and issue the verdict or refer it to the labor court.
