Note that the employer’s punishment in the event of the maliciousness of the report will be to suspend the service of the institution for a period of one year, except for the renewal of licenses.

i am already filed electronically malicious report of absence in HRSD INDIVIDUAL portal but how many days can i saw the result it was 5 days since i submitted it

maam you think it was legal because it was 2nd time that they filed me an report of absence everytime when i am complaining to the management because my iqama was expired when i started to work with them until now,and my contract in qiwa portal waa already terminated because im in probationary period until now,they did not follow what are indicated in my contract such as working hours,it was 8 hours only but i am working 14 hours without overtime pay,,no accomodation,i am designated as a florist but i am doing deliveries im driving to take and drop all employees,and we have a lot of huroob co employees inside my establishment,,how can i quickly recieved my justice?

We would like to inform you that if you mean the employer, then you have to file a complaint in the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation and clarify the reasons of the complaint and attach the documents that prove your complaint. The labor office will hear the employer, then they will decide and issue the verdict or refer it to the labor court.
