Have a good day..
I want to ask that if a person is working in a private company in uae.. And his or her designation is accountant.. The company is giving her salary 2500 dhs..
But in labour contract mentioned salary 100 dhs.. So why they mentioned wrong salary just 100 dhs?
And how can the employee can correct that.. If the employer will not recorrect the salary in her contract then what will she do..?

You can ask the employer to correct the salary in the contract, and if he does not agree, you can file a complaint with the Labor Office
The employee's wages are due from the first day of the month following the expiry of the period for which the wages are specified in the employment contract.
If the period is not specified in the employment contract, the employee must be paid at least once a month.
The employer is in default of paying the wage if he does not pay it within the first 15 days after the due date, unless a shorter period has been agreed in the employment contract.
There is no minimum salary stipulated in the UAE Labor Law, however it broadly mentions that salaries must cover basic needs of the employees.
