Please i wanted to ask that my come let sign offer letter on June,2022 ,after the offer letter no medicals, but the issue is am still using my visit visa to work and this company refuse to pay me

You cannot work under a visitor visa, and we do not recommend that you refer to the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation to file a complaint against the employer unless you have a work contract and work visa.

Yes i have a work contract and work permit but the work permit Will expire on 23 of this month

As long as you have a work contract and work permit, if the employer refuses to renew this permit or pay any financial dues, you can file a complaint with the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation
