You shall have an employment contract, so you can obtain a residence permit and a work permit in Malta.
One of the ways in which a work contract and work permit can be obtained is to obtain a tourist visa and then look for work during the validity period of the visa, to leave Malta.
The employer then sends the employment contract to your place of residence so you can enter Malta again under your work visa.
It is also the employer who takes all the procedures related to the issuance of the employment contract and work permit
Documents to be submitted are:
- Marriage contract if you are married.
- Birth certificate if you have children
- passport.
- Experience Certificates
- Certificate of proficiency in one of the foreign languages.
- Copy of academic certificates.
- A certificate that you don’t have criminal sentences against you
