If your inquiry is related to the termination of the employment contract during the probationary period, here is the following information:
The Saudi labor system has granted the worker and the employer the right to terminate the work contract during the probationary period.
Unless there is a provision in the work contract that grants this right to one of them without the other.
Based on that, if your work contract gives you this right, then there is no problem preventing you from using this right.
You can also file a complaint with the Labor Office because you were forced to do a work that was not agreed upon in the employment contract.
Here is the text of the Saudi Labor Law, related to your inquiry:
Article 53:
If the worker is subject to a probationary period, this must be expressly stipulated in the work contract, and clearly defined, so that it does not exceed ninety days. It is permissible, by a written agreement between the worker and the employer, to extend the probation period, provided that it does not exceed one hundred and eighty days. The trial period is the holiday of Eid al-Fitr and Eid al-Adha and sick leave, and each of the parties has the right to terminate the contract during this period unless the contract includes a text that gives the right to terminate the contract for one of them.
