We would like to inform you that if you want to travel to Italy and obtain its visa, you must apply through the Italy Visa Grant Center as the company that is competent to receive visa applications to Italy, and the following must be observed when starting to fill out the application form:

1. The application form is to be filled in English or Italian
2. Ensure that the passport is valid for at least 3 months after the expiration of the visa.
3. Ensure that the old passport covers the past 7 years

In order to obtain an entry visa for the purpose of study, the following conditions must be observed:

• Provide evidence of your admission to study at a university or educational institution
• Original passport with two copies, provided that it is signed by the passport holder. The passport is less than 10 years, valid for at least 6 months, copies of previous visas, if any.
• Proof of study funding, whereby when applying for a student visa, proof of financial ability to fund the study must be demonstrated, such as:

-          Funding through the guarantor

-          Funding by bank account

• 3 recent photographs that meet the biometric criteria
• Proof of language proficiency as proof of language proficiency and familiarity with Italian or English will be required for study.

Note that the attached documents shall be provided with 2 photocopies, and they must be translated in one of the Italian or English languages, provided that one of the accredited translators from the embassy is translated into Italian, and all certificates must be translated, approved and documented.
