Hello I have a question about my case, because I'm already cancelled visa with my previous employer however their is a new company wants to hire me but unfortunately my morhe and ICA status is not matching. My morhe is male but my ICA is female, is it still possible to change my ICA status from female to male? Because I already go to ameer/ICA/immigration office and they cannot change it for me because they said Im already cancelled visa. Please help me with my case or any advice that I should do. Thank you

We would like to inform you that once your visa expires, you may not change your data status from male to female, and you shall pay a fine for overstay and obtain a new visa with your new sponsor, and then modify your data status from male to female.

Because my new sponsor said they can't proceed with my working permit as its shows in the system error, is it posible to take a visit visa and then change my ICA from female to male?

You may not obtain a visit visa as long as you are already in the UAE.

But is their any other way for me to change my ICA gender? From female to male even though im cancelled visa? And the new employer can still give me a working visa even though the system is error?
