I converted to Islam 3yrs ago but iam married to a Christian before that.. am I allowed to marry a Muslim without going through annulment or divorce with my previous marriage?

By converting to Islam and then marrying a Christian, this marriage is invalid and it is considered as adultery, and if you know this ruling, then you disbelieve in God.
If you mean that your husband remains a Christian, then the contract is voided between you and there is no sin on you.
If you want to get married, he must be a Muslim, and the conditions of marriage must be such as the guardian and the two witnesses. If your guardian is non-Muslim and none of your relatives are Muslims, then your guardian is the court judge.
If you mean that your Christian husband himself has converted to Islam, then it is not required to renew the marriage contract between you.
In all cases, you have to see the Sharia court
