How to do a visa fraud case in Oman?

Kindly note that, according to the data received by us in your inquiry, and with reference to the Omani Penal Code, a complaint can be submitted before the Public Prosecution, which has the authority to initiate a criminal case, and then refer it to the court with representation from it, as Article (5) of the above-mentioned law stipulates the following:
A public action may only be filed:
1- Based on a verbal or written complaint from the victim or his private agent in the crimes for which the law requires this. The complaint shall not be accepted three months after the victim became aware of the crime and its perpetrator, unless the law provides otherwise.
2- Upon a written request or after obtaining a written permission from the competent authority in the crimes for which the law requires this.
