I had a serious motor accident that nearly damaged my right leg last year and I travelled to my home country to receive medication after I couldn't complete the treatment in Dubai as I don't have the money,before I left for my home country a lawyer who use to visit me in the hospital request to stand for my case while I went for the medical trip,now he has not be giving me adequate information regarding the case.Now, while I was away he called and told me that the insurance has agreed to pay certain amount of money which he rejected and had put an appeal without my knowledge,is it right? The worst is that since about three weeks ago I returned to Dubai,he has been refuse a meeting with him.please my learned ones,how can I know the proceedings of my case as regards previous rulings and the current state of the case.
