Based on your inquiry that you have been subjected to fraud, so we advise you to file a complaint with the Saudi Public Prosecution, and then after the investigation, a judgment will be given against this person and gets penalized by law.
Article 3 of the penal code of crimes of fraud and breach of trust in financial transactions.
Whoever owns money, appropriates it, destroys it, dissipates it, spends it excessively, or enables others to do so, or uses it to obtain a benefit for himself or others.
If this money was handed over to him as a trust, deposit, mortgage, agency, or any trust contract, he shall be punished with imprisonment for a period not exceeding five years or a fine not exceeding one million riyals, or both.
Penalties shall be executed to any attempt to commit any of the acts stipulated, and any person who participates by instigating, agreeing, or assisting in the commission of the acts stipulated in these provisions shall be punished with no more than the penalty specific for the original perpetrator.
