i took transfer from a riyadh company to dammam transfer everything through qiwa system but previous employer filed a case for terminating the contract (which was correct) and also for not handover which i request and they did not provide anyone

the case judgment came against me i had to pay the amount and do the handover. some how i can pay the money, but handover which i did not took any, is there a way to get rid of it?

The only way to not pay the amount is to present an appeal the judgment and prove that the termination was legal and that the employer is not entitled to any amount, and keep in mind that the period of objection to the application for appeal or audit is thirty days. The objected person, his number and date, the reasons on which the objection is based, the objector’s requests and signature, and the date of filing the objection memorandum. The court administration shall record the objection memorandum on the day of its filing in the relevant register, and it shall be immediately referred to the court that issued the sentence

Appeal done but rejected completely, now I only want to do something regarding handover the items which I did not took any thing from the company
