Hello, I applied for a student visa in Germany university and now i don't want to go there because of embassy issues in india so i want refund of my tuition fees but university tell me i only refund fees in case of refusal but they didn't any help me to get my visa and I didn't get embassy appointment from last 2 years for my rejection or acceptence of visa
