very urgent request im in chemical company . It is executing an Isobutylene sale and purchase from Company in saudi Arabia , which will be governed by KSA laws. The contract contains a knock-for-knock indemnity provision,clause No.14 only , and i wishe to have the provision reviewed by localcounsel from perspective of whether it is a typical wording and whether any change is need to protect the my company interest in the region for this transaction. I need this provision reviewed asap within one hour. Can you please confirm whether you can assist with this review in this time frame .
