I came in Qatar last January 22,2022.In my contract I'm lady cook cause that's really my work ,but the agency market me in the employers who needs an all around housmaid.I refused the first day on my job cause I found out that's I'll work as all around housmaid.When I called the agency they got angry to me and threatened me that they will not take me back...Soo I tried to work to my employer,I worked more than 10hrs almost 15hrs a day...Till 4months I don't have yet QID or even medical..I asked my employer to bring me back in agency..My employer brought me in agency properly,Then 3days in agency I noticed the agency market me in the old employers who were the employer of other applicants who returned back in agency and still the same housemaid..Soo I left in agency to find a new sponsor personally..I left with nothing even my passport is with in agency.They hold my password I have only my contract

I've been in alwakra labour,then they refer me in labour in front of city center.Then ministry of labour told me to go back in alwakra labour..But they said wait a message but still not, untill I received yesterday a message from MINISTRY OF INTERIOR that I need to go in search and following department about the case...I chatted my employer yesterday Ang he said...He did a complaint against me because that's agency requested him to escape the bail ..

is it okay if I will tell them that the run away case it's not true...I didn't escape in agency just because to violate the law I escaped just because I want to complaint them to the Labour and to raise my rights what's in the Contract ..

If you have a work contract and the employer refuses to renew the residence permit and health insurance, in that case, you can file a complaint with the Ministry of Labor.

my friend sponsor ask to my friend to do medical and finger print for the QID or Qatar I'd..but he can't take or do because he has a case and already executed...But his sponsor threatened him that if he cannot do fingerprint in the ultimatum days or time he gave to my friend HE WILL FILE A RUN AWAY CASE ..Is that legal to threatened him for run away case even he knows that my friend did a process his documents?

he told to my friend that he can't finish tomorrow he will buy a ticket to send him back in his country but he has still a case to hearing on September 2022....

Your friend cannot leave Qatar as long as the case is open, and your friend must review the General Administration of the Residence in order to request permission not to leave until the case is over
