We would like to inform you that you have to apply to the Ministry of the Interior to obtain Saudi citizenship, as it is one of the conditions that must be met for obtaining citizenship, birth on Saudi land, ten years of residence, study in Saudi Arabia and get a qualification, marry Saudi Arabia and your child's birth within Saudi Arabia. A number of points are collected, if you reach 17 points according to the new instructions, you will be granted citizenship.

The Saudi Nationality Law stipulates that:

8. Saudi Arabian nationality may be granted by a decision of the Minister of the Interior to a person born within the Kingdom of a foreign father and a Saudi mother if the following conditions are met:

• To have the status of permanent residence in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia at the age of majority.
• Be a good conduct and has not been sentenced to a criminal judgment or a prison sentence for a moral offense for more than six months.
• Fluent in Arabic.
• To submit in the year after reaching the age of majority a request for the grant of Saudi nationality.

9. Saudi Arabian nationality may be granted to an alien who meets the following conditions:

• To be - at the time of applying for Saudi nationality - has reached the age of majority, and acquired the status of residence for at least ten consecutive years.
• Be a sound mind and body
• To be of good conduct and not to have been sentenced to imprisonment for moral offense for more than six months
•  To be of the professions required by the country, and excludes from this condition of the born in the Kingdom of a foreign mother and father unknown
• To prove his livelihood in lawful ways.
• Fluent in Arabic speaking, reading and writing.

A naturalization applicant shall accompany his application for a residence permit and passport, any document prepared by the competent authorities, a list of the passport, any document relating to the nationality from which he is expelled, and any paper supporting what he is required to prove under the provisions of these Regulations.

10. The Saudi Arabian nationality shall be granted by the Prime Minister upon the proposal of the Minister of the Interior and the Minister of the Interior in all cases and without giving reasons the right to refuse to grant the Saudi nationality to an alien who meets the conditions stipulated in Article 9 before submitting the proposal mentioned before.
