We would like to inform you if you are unable to retrieve your passport from the hospital, in this case
  You have to report to the nearest police office about you lost your passport, then submit the police report to the Residence Department to stamp it then return to the police to get a certificate that proves you lost the passport in the Arabic language. Then you take this certificate to your country's embassy in UAE then they will issue a new one for you.
   when you issue a new passport, you can check with the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners' Affairs and request that your residence visa be installed on your passport.
The Directorate General of Residency and Foreigners' Affairs will attach a residence visa with the same validity as the old residence visa if it is valid. If it is expired, then a new residence permit will be issued with a new validity date, by the established procedures.
