The passport is personal documents of its owner and is the property of the country that issued the passport. The law shall not allow the confiscation of a worker's passport except in cases where the law provides for or pursuant to judicial decisions. There are provisions issued by the Ministry of Interior that prevent the sponsor from retaining the worker's passport except by a court order.
We advise you to bring an urgent action before the judge of urgent matters with a request that the company hand over the passport of the worker. The Company has no right to retain the passport because it is prohibited by law and is considered arbitrary.
You can also check with the company center and open a complaint against your employer for taking your passport without legal justification.
Also you can go to your country's embassy to help you pressure your employer to return your passport.
