I stay in my employer as a household worker I didn't finish my contract with them coz I got sick for example if they didn't give me exit visa can Qatar immigration allow me to exit Qatar...thank you

We would like to inform you that in accordance with Law No. (15) of 2017 regulating the nature of the contractual relationship between the employee and the employer on wages and termination of work, the law stipulates.
The employer shall pay the monthly wage agreed upon to the user in the Qatari currency at the end of the Gregorian month, and not later than the third day of the following month.
The employer shall not be discharged from the user's wage unless he proves that he has been deposited in the user's bank account or delivered to him in cash under a signed contract stating that he has received the full payment.
The employer shall be prohibited from deducting any fees, fees or expenses from the wage due to the user for the procedures of bringing him to the State.
Article (17)
The user may terminate the employment contract before the expiry of his term, while retaining his right to end of service indemnity in any of the following cases:
1. If the employer breaches his obligations under the provisions of this law or employment contract.
2. If the employer or his representative has used fraud at the time of contracting with the user in respect of the terms of use.
3. If the employer or a member of his or her family commits a violation of his or her body or life.
4. If there is a serious risk to the safety or health of the user, provided that the employer is aware of the existence of the hazard and has not acted to remove it.
Therefore, the non-payment of wages or salaries on time is considered an illegal statement of the contract of work and the law through which the employee can leave the work and after going to the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs and explain the matter in detail and thus can change the employer after leaving without the need to be approved by the employer through obtaining the permission of the ministry for the violation of the law.
