Hi good afternoon,can I ask a legal advice regarding my Damman insurance because my previous employer he refuse me to give the the (COC) certificate of cancelation.what should I do sir/madam?

If the employer refuses to give you the cancellation paper for health insurance, you can file a complaint
to both:
- Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation.
- Health Authority
The complaint will be examined and the appropriate decision issued.
