Romania does not have an organized program to receive immigrants for the purpose of work.
It depends on the existence of an employment contract that allows you to obtain a visa, meaning that a work visa can be obtained if it is available.
Requirements imposed by the relevant Romanian authorities.
Also, the employer is the one who does all the procedures for extracting the work contract.
The documents required to obtain a visa are:
- A clear and recent photograph of the worker
A certificate issued by your country proving that there are no criminal judgments against you
Experience Certificate
Attach the national ID and a copy of it.
- Academic certificates
Attach a valid passport and a copy of the first three pages.
