We would like to inform you that you can immediately go to the labor office, submit a complaint and explain the matter in detail, especially as the Federal Labor Law and the UAE Residence Law regarding expatriates that without residency for you, which usually takes sixty days from the date of application, but it is clear that the employer did not do it, so there is a responsibility on the employer, and the matter can be proven with the complaint, so the work can be left without any notice
Article (121):
A worker may leave work without notice in one of the following cases:
1- If the employer violates his obligations before the worker in the articles stipulated in the contract or the law.
2- If the employer or his legal representative signs an assault on the worker.
With preserving the word of labor rights with the possibility of allowing you to change the workplace with the knowledge of the labor office.
Therefore we advise against submitting extortion to the sponsor and the complaint is the best haven for you to leave the work in addition to that if the passport is not returned to you the complaint can be filed in the nearest police station as the employer hold it which is not permissible
