Hello.I have an out pass so I can travel back to my country, but it's valid until tomorrow and I hade today the flight but got cancelled.And I cannot find another flight, the only solution is to fly next week, but what I can do with the out pass if is expiring

 As for residents of the UAE, the law gives them a grace period of 30 days, either to adjust their status and get a new sponsorship for them and their dependents, or to leave the country.  No fines apply during this period.
 
 If the grace period expires and the resident exceeds the 30 days, he will be fined as follows:
 
- 125 dirhams for the first day.
- 25 dirhams for each subsequent day.
- 50 dirhams for each day exceeded after six months of the grace period.
- 100 dirhams for each day exceeded after one year of the grace period.

Yes, my visa is in process with the new company', and I need to leave now the country, and I paid the overstay fines, and at immigration they gave me the out pass, but its valid until 7th and my flight it's on 13

 The only valid legal procedure for adjusting your stay in the UAE is a review the General Authority for Residency and Foreigners Affairs
And submit a preliminary request (summons) explaining the reasons for the violation, and the following documents must be attached to the application
- Copy of residence or visa page
-passport
- Copy of birth certificate
- A copy of the institution's identity card if the Offender is from the working class
If the person exceeds the length of stay specified in the visa, it is considered a violation and fines are imposed by the competent authorities in the United Arab Emirates. These fines shall be distributed as follows:
1) AED 200 on the first day,
2) AED 100 for each subsequent day.
These fees shall be paid in 1) offices of the Directorate General for Residency and Foreigners Affairs,
2) or at the airport's immigration and passport offices, plus an extra charge of AED 100 upon departure.
*** Note: Residents in the UAE are granted a 30-day period, either to modify the status and provide new care for them and for dependents or to leave the country. No fines are imposed during this grace period. If the grace period has expired and the resident exceeds the 30 day limit, it will be paid for 125 days from the first day and 25 days for each subsequent day. After six months of residence after the end of the grace period and the expiry of the period of stay, exceeded every day. After one year, the fine is raised to AED 100 for each day of delay.
It should be noted that under Ministerial Decree No. 377 of 2014, holders of all types of visas are allowed to change their residency status in the country and change it from a visit permit or residence permit. Provided that they are settled before the end of the visa
