We would like to inform you that If you are a perpetrator of the act of escape, you are considered an offender and an offense under the Immigration and Residency Law. therefor you can't leave the country before you make a reconciliation and pay the amounts determined under the conciliation or under your peremptory judgment, but if you make a pledge to pay your dues, you can leave the country. And you can't terminate the case without the sponsor's knowledge that your escape is the responsibility of the sponsor under Article 34/1 bis of the Immigration and Residence Law.
