I have salary problem.. 5 months and i just get basic food allowance and not on monthly basis...so i want to get my final exit and pending salaries.

It should be noted that after reviewing your inquiry and legal scrutiny we would like to inform you that referring to the Saudi labor law, which provided the legal protection of wages, the non-obligation of pay the monthly wage which provided in the contract is a legal justification for changing the employer and without the need for NOC from the sponsor
And therefore you can file a complaint and claim in the Labor Office and explain the matter in detail the possibility of forcing the sponsor to pay full labor rights, including the monthly salary owed to you
Article (26)
1. The worker's wage and any amount due in the official
currency of the country shall be paid according to the following provisions
A. Daily workers: their wages are paid at least once a week.
B. Workers with monthly wages: Their wages shall be paid once
a month.
C. If the work is performed by a piece and needs more than two weeks, the worker must receive a payment every week which is suitable with his work and the rest of the wage is paid out during the week following the delivery of the work.
D. In any case, workers are paid at least once a week.
2. Establishments shall be required to pay wages in workers'
accounts through the approved banks in the Kingdom, provided they do not exceed
the dates specified above, and the Minister may exclude some
of the establishments from that.
**Therefore, the complaint can be submitted to the Labor Office, as it is the competent authority, and the employer is obligated to pay all your rights
