Hi I am a specialist doctor and have been working in ksa for 6 years with an health complex. I have been charged with a misconduct with article 18 and have been terminated even after I gave an explanation that the allegation is false. Stating that I was looking for a job and on a call interview I disclosed the commercial secrets of the complex. And said there is delay in salaries in our complex which is completely false. What option do I have now. And my complex which accused me is now offering me a job again verbally. Stating if I accept they would resolve the case. Please let me know the options I have to make a decision thank you
