In the appeal submitted by the Public Prosecution Office, if it so desired, then it is nothing but an accusation, if there is no evidence to prove the conviction of you, and the period taken is fifteen days, not more, as Article (234) of the Federal Penal Procedures Law stipulates:
The appeal shall take place with a report in the penal clerk within fifteen days from the date of pronouncement of the judgment in attendance or from the date of the judgment issued in the opposition.
If the convict is in prison, he may submit his appeal report to the prison warden, and the prison warden must send the appeal report to the penal clerk immediately.
If the convicted person is guaranteed, the Court of Appeal may release him with a pledge or any other guarantee as determined by the Court, pending the decision on the appeal.
The Public Prosecutor may appeal within thirty days from the time the judgment was issued.
