I come with a visit visa to work with this family...

I come with a visit visa to work with this family I am now and they didn't check my police Clarence if it's expired or not ..I late me stayed two weeks and start my process to renew visa that's where the see my paper is expired and they took me to embassy to do finger print and send it to my country and it's took long to come out now there is fine of which I don't think it's ok for me to pay they say I have to pay the fine of the visa because am the one send to the person who didn't take care of it and this person took the papers to the DCI office and tahtls it ,now I want to know am I the one to pay this money???it's almost 5000dirham

We would like to inform you that according to the UAE Labor Law, if you have fines due to the overstay then you can’t be pardoned or install it, but you can try to go to the Immigration and Residence and apply grievance letter to discount, and they may accept or refuse that.
For the overstay fines, the below articles state:
Article 77
The Executive Regulation of Federal Law, stipulating that the competent Naturalization and Residency Department shall collect a fine of 100 AED for each day in which the alien resides illegally. As the penalty shall be calculated from the day following the expiration of the non-renewable visa and the expiration of 10 days for the renewable visas and seven days from the date of issuance of the exit permit for violators of the Aliens Entry and Residence Law.
Note that, the Nationality and Residency consider the 100 AED fine from the first day of expiration of all visa types even visit, transit, entry, tourist and entry permit to visit residents in the GCC.
Article 78
Of the same law stipulates that, except in the cases mentioned in the preceding article, the financial fine obtained by an alien for his illegal residence in the country after the expiration of his/her visa/residence permit, as it shall be calculated as the following:
· (25 AED) on every day of the first six months,
· (50 AED) for each of the next six months.
· (100 AED) for each day next to the year

ok I understand bt the issue is they are the one brought me with a visit visa and this problem happened so am I the one to pay the fine or them because am working for them???

I want to know if it's possible for me to pay the fine of overstay if my visa expired and am working for the people who brought me here or there the one's to pay ??!

plzz I need to know cause they are telling me am the one to pay the fine and it's almost 6000dirham and they have not made for me anther visa

Dear, the one who bears the fines to pay is the worker, since it is better before him and before entering into the residence violation that a complaint is submitted, except in the case of an employment contract that guarantees that the one who bears the fines is the employer

these people they haven't do visa for me until now they told me I should sign a paper to pay them there money if they go to pay the fine bt now they have changed my boss sayed he don't want me here he wants me to and I don't have anywhere to go I don't how I can even get out of here now am just in the room crying and try to find help I want go back home please help me
