Please be aware that according to the information received by us in your inquiry, and that you have residency in the UAE, you are not obligated to send any money to him, and he is the one who is obligated to spend on his children. Therefore, we advise not to deal with the matter and not to submit to any threat or blackmail from him, and you can continue to pay the expenses of your children with your consent And without pressure from the husband, as there is no legal responsibility on you in this regard

The problem was, i got pregnant here in UAE, and since we are not legally separated, now they are using this situation of having a baby to threatened me that they will file case against me and they will put me into jail if i did not give them what they wanted.they said that they will ask the Philippines Government to bring me home to Philippines by deportation. And they are telling me to send 20,000 in peso money now as soon as possible if i dont want to go to jail and go back to philippines.

Madam, as I mentioned to you, and with your residence in the UAE, you have no legal responsibility, and therefore I can follow what was explained to you in the previous answer.
