I have a case in supreme which is of divorce filed...
I have a case in supreme which is of divorce filed by my spouse where the decision was as on 22 june but as per update it says appeal is worth consideration and has been extended to 7sept my mother is really sick have to visit her in home country at the earliest. Kindly assist hows it possible to go to my home country india at the earliest

I already have a lawyer. The days for supreme has been extended to 7 sept where as per the latest update from supreme court it states the appeal is worth consideration. I wantto visit my mother who is sick but cannot go to my home country india as I am on travel ban. Kindly advise.
