I have a Execution judgement case against me in the year 1998 and I was here in Dubai from 1984 to 1997 and Iwas just 21 years and student but helping my father in his business...I am shown as guarantor and though I have been here since 2014 again on job visa..just last week while travelling back from India from official tour..I was held at immigration office in Airport and from there to CID quarters and I was asked to pay 10% and case was 800k and i paid 80k and I was told that I have 30 days time to settle and The judgement of this case seems to be final judgement and so does this judgement depreives my rights to appeal as I am completely unaware of outstandings and I did not receive any summons or notices from court or claimant .
