I have a contract in canada alberta and all the file was completed recently they require from me a French test TEF , i did it very bad and i expect a bad result of the test they can cancel my submission for that , please note that im tunisian and im going to alberta where they do speak only English

Good evening I signed a work permit in alberta canada and all my documents was ready and sended since 8 months ago , recently they requested from me a French test TEF i booked an appointment and i did the test but it was too hard and still didn’t received the result but it was too hard and i don’t expect a good score, please note that alberta they do only speak English, my question the immigration can refuse my file only for this french test ?
