Hi sir Good afternoon, This is hussain I want to ask you that my visa is from sharjah my sponsor abscond me I leave from there just because since three years he is not given my passport to travel to my country on annual leave he did not give last month salary my 2 annual leaves and return ticket I was angry and stay at home for 5 to six days after that he abscond me from labor I applied for labor cancellation and abscond removal after that I got an email they cancellled me from labor with one year ban. Now I am trying to cancellation from immigration but I have also abscond case in immigration I visited to many times to my old company they given my passport but hold my brother passport as a guaranter they said clear your case by your self after that I applied for visa cancellation but nawakas came that he has an escape circular number then they said they will remove absconding you just bring your case number from immigration but in immigration they said if sponsor will come or PRO then they will give us case number & my sponsor not agree to come there he just said go and do your self now what I do I want to stay here
