I've custody of my kids and it's been more than 5 years I visited my home country with my kids. I want to travel with my kids but don't know what are the precautions which I have to consider before making my decision I wanna go there for one month only cause my father isn't feeling well.

I've custody of my children and I wanna travel to my country my ex husband is local and he's my cousin too.I want to travel but he said even if he agrees the approval will be in the hands of judge so I wanna ask you is he telling me the truth and one more thing he asked me to sign some kinda paper that I'll be back with my kids in one month and I don't know what paper is it

I have a visit visa and my children too and I'm visiting my home country after five to six years do I need to sign something before leaving even he knows my house and we're cousins and my kids are local too but my older kid is my sponsor that's why I've UAE residential visa.
