I have rented a house and moved out but the door in the rooms are faulty due to construction defect and now the landlords wants me ti change the whole door and pay 2500 dirhams

I don’t have any rent disputes however I want to cancel my municipality contract and SEWA with them but they are using it as leverage saying we won’t sign the paperwork unless you pay for the door.
