I am 24 yrs old ,as my last period date was 25...
I am 24 yrs old ,as my last period date was 25 April ,i didn't got periods ,so i did pregnancy test in hospital which was positive , and as i was having abdominal pain Dr did the scan there was nothing in scan ,what i should do now?

What are the sign and symptoms of Pregnancy ?
There are many signs and symptoms which can increase your suspicion of pregnancy , and these include :
