We would like to inform you that the worker's signature on any document indicating his assignment of his rights will not be taken into consideration, as it was signed by illegal ways, where the UAE judiciary considered that "papers or documents that are issued by means of extortion are illegal and invalid and do not have any legal effects, whether it is under duress, pressure, or compromise and is not considered valid in the judiciary or official authorities.

Note that the worker has the right to file a complaint with the Ministry within a year from the date of his entitlement, and that "the ministry refers the complaint to the competent courts to verify the accuracy of the incident and its coordinates."
