We would like to inform you that marriage procedures in Qatar are according to the Islamic Sharia, so the non-Muslim can’t marry Muslim woman. The procedures are done in the Sharia Court in Rayan street new Al Manaei roundabout in the Musheireb area. There must be two witness of the marriage and the medical tests shall be done before marriage by everyone who wants to marry in Qatar.
There must be a guardian for the wife
Witnesses to the marriage contract
An authorization from the guardian, i.e. the guardian of the wife, with his approval for the marriage to be submitted to any person present in Qatar to conclude the marriage in the event that it is not possible for him to come to Qatar to contract his daughter’s marriage.
A certificate that the wife has not been married before, or a certificate that she is divorced, or a death certificate of the husband if she is a widow, documented by the concerned authorities if the wife is not Qatari
If the wife is Qatari, it is sufficient to submit these documents as they are
For the foreign spouse
You must have a valid residence in Qatar
Spouse's valid passport
Couple selfies
Certificate of marital status from the husband's country
And a no-objection certificate

Note that a committee is formed to examine requests for marriage from foreigners
If three months have passed without a response to the marriage request from the committee, it is considered rejected, but it is permissible to appeal against the rejection decision within thirty days from the date of notification of the rejection
