Do as follow these Steps to restore your Facebook password
open login page of Facebook and click on Forgot the Password
Enter The e-mail , phone number or Username Account to detect your account then click on Search .
Choose way to receive the reset password code as you see option in page by mail type or text message
enter code then click on Continue 
you will go to set new password page ,choose strong pass and login in yoyr facebook
