Hy, Can I resign a company during probation period...

We would like to inform you that according to the Federal Labor Law, if the worker wishes to transfer, during the probation period, to work for another employer in the country, he shall notify the first employer of that in writing for a period not less than one month from the date of his desire to terminate the contract, and the new employer is obligated to compensate the first employer with costs  of recruitment or contracting with the worker, unless agreed otherwise, and accordingly, the employer shall be notified a month before leaving during the probation period of leaving the work, and if the worker violates this and leaves work without notification, he is obligated to compensate the employer with a compensation equal to the wage for the period of warning or the remaining period.
