We would like to inform that if a person is deported from the UAE due to a judicial or administrative deportation decision, he or she can enter the UAE after the expiry of the period of the judicial deportation 
regarding to administrative deportation issued by the Federal Authority for Identity and Nationality, this type may be removed by submitting a mercy request to the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs in the Emirate concerned in order to obtain permission from the Minister of Interior to remove the deportation
