Subject to the provision of Article (60) of this law, a worker who has spent a year in the service of the employer is entitled to
At least one annual leave of not less than thirty days with pay at the rate of two and a half days for each month.
If the worker’s service period is less than one year, he is entitled to a leave in proportion to the period he spent at work.
The worker may not waive his right to the leave, and he may receive a cash consideration for it in accordance with the provision of paragraph (b) of Article (59) of this law.
